Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support (Data Support) Executive to assist the sales team by managing and analyzing data, ensuring smooth sales operations, and supporting decision-making through accurate reporting.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling sales-related data, maintaining CRM systems, and providing insights that drive sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, organize, and analyze sales data to generate meaningful reports and insights
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate customer and sales information
- Prepare sales performance reports, dashboards, and presentations
- Support the sales team with data-driven decision-making, forecasting, and trend analysis
- Coordinate with internal departments to streamline sales processes and ensure data accuracy
- Monitor and track key sales metrics such as revenue, conversion rates, and pipeline progress
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotations,
and contracts based on sales data
- Identify gaps in sales data and recommend process improvements
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sales-related data
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Sales Support, Data Analysis, or a similar role
- Any Graduate
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are mandatory
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
- Valuable communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in sales data management within industries such as IT, Networking, Structured Cabling, CCTV, or FMCG
- Understanding of sales processes and key performance indicators (KPIs)
