Job Description:
- Provide L1 desktop and end-user technical support.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.
- Install and support Windows operating systems and standard desktop applications.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network connectivity issues.
- Provide support for MS Office and Microsoft 365 applications.
- Assist with user account management, password resets, and Active Directory-related issues.
- Create, update, and resolve IT support tickets within defined SLAs.
- Support LAN, Wi-Fi, and basic internet connectivity issues.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and update relevant documentation.
- Escalate unresolved technical issues to the L2 support team.
