About the role
Build and maintain the backend services powering HRMv3, our HR management platform used by growing companies to run payroll, attendance, and employee records. You will design REST APIs in Flask, model HR data in MongoDB, and work closely with the frontend and product teams to ship features that hold up under real payroll cycles.
What were looking for
- 2+ years building backend services in Python, ideally with Flask
- Hands-on experience modeling and querying data in MongoDB
- Comfortable designing REST APIs and handling authentication/authorization
- Understanding of data integrity concerns in HR/payroll-adjacent systems
- Familiarity with Git-based workflows and code review
