# Job Description Account Executive (RTO)

**Location:** Ahmedabad, Gujarat

**Salary:** 20,000 – 30,000 per month

**Department:** Accounts / RTO Operations

**Experience:** Relevant experience in RTO accounts and documentation preferred

Job Responsibilities

- Handle daily sales and purchase entries in the accounting system.

- Maintain accurate records of sales, purchases, and bank transactions.

- Perform bank entries and bank reconciliation.

- Process online payments and online challan payments.

- Prepare and maintain RTO-related bills, invoices, and documentation.

- Maintain and update records using MS Excel.

- Use advanced Excel functions, including **VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and data analysis**.

- Verify financial transactions and ensure accuracy of all entries.

- Maintain proper documentation and assist with daily accounting operations.

Required Skills





- Robust knowledge of MS Excel and Advanced Excel.

- Must know VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and Excel formulas.

- Experience in sales and purchase entries.

- Knowledge of bank entries, online payments, and online challan processing.

- Understanding of RTO-related documentation and procedures is preferred.

- Good attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.

Mandatory Requirements

- **Advanced Excel knowledge is mandatory.**

- Practical knowledge of VLOOKUP and HLOOKUP is mandatory.

- Experience handling bank entries, online payments, and online challans is highly preferred.
