Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Lead for Civil to oversee the end-to-end execution of a premium hospitality , hospital and a high-rise residential project on-site. The role involves complete responsibility of project planning, execution, coordination, quality, cost and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead overall site execution of civil works from start to handover
- Prepare and monitor project execution plans and schedules
- Coordinate with client, consultants, contractors and vendors
- Manage site teams, subcontractors and resources effectively
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety norms and statutory compliances
- Monitor project cost, control budgets and minimize cost overruns
- Review progress, identify risks and implement corrective actions
- Prepare and present progress reports to senior management

Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience: 17+ years in civil construction projects
- Qualification: BE in Civil Engineering
- Proven experience as Project Lead / Project Manager on large-scale projects
- Exposure to high-rise residential will be preferred
- Robust leadership, coordination and communication skills
