Experience: 47 years of total experience, with 36 years of mandatory consulting experience.

Qualification: B.Tech/B.E. in Core Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Production, Manufacturing, Computer Science, etc.) is mandatory. MBA/PGP, Executive MBA, or pursuing MBA is also mandatory.

Preferred Background: Management Consulting, Operations Excellence, Manufacturing Excellence, Supply Chain Consulting, Business Process Re-engineering, Digital Transformation, or PMO.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead consulting workstreams and manage end-to-end project execution.
- Drive process improvement, cost optimization, and operational excellence initiatives.
- Develop implementation roadmaps and track project benefits.
- Manage client coordination, project governance,



and cross-functional teams.
- Drive digital transformation, AI enablement, and change management.
- Mentor Consultants and Analysts and support project reporting.

Required Skills:

- Advanced Excel and Power BI (mandatory).
- Knowledge of PowerPoint, Tableau, and basic SQL.
- Expertise in process mapping, root cause analysis, Lean Transformation, and Supply Chain Optimization.
- Solid leadership, client management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, AI, or digital certifications are an added advantage.
