About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated Sales Interns to join our team in Noida. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who want to gain practical experience in sales, lead generation, customer relationship management, and business development.
- Identify and generate potential leads through calls, emails, and online channels.
- Reach out to prospective customers and explain company products or services.
- Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain sales records, lead databases, and daily activity reports.
- Collaborate with the team to improve sales performance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in sales, marketing, and business development.
- Confidence in communicating with potential customers.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets is a plus.
- Target-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Freshers and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
Preferred candidate profile
- Freshers or candidates with 01 year of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
- Candidates currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in BBA, MBA, B.Com, or any relevant field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in making calls, interacting with clients, and generating leads.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
- Willing to learn sales techniques and work in a quick-paced environment.
- Candidates who can join immediately or at short notice will be preferred.
- Candidates comfortable working from the Noida office for the full 6-month internship duration.
Preferred: Candidates with strong convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
