About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Architect who has taken projects from land feasibility to approved, coordinated drawings. You will lead feasibility and approvals for our residential projects and make sure all drawings are coordinated before they reach site.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare project feasibility reports using DP plans and UDCPR
- Calculate FSI, TDR and development potential for new land parcels
- Drive statutory approvals (building permission, EC, MPCB and others) with our liaison and licensing consultants
- Coordinate architectural, structural and MEP drawings and resolve conflicts to closure
- Review consultant drawings for compliance, buildability and cost efficiency
- Maintain drawing registers and approval trackers for every project
- Guide the junior architect and support site and sales teams with drawing queries
Requirements
- B.Arch, registered with the Council of Architecture
- 5+ years of experience, preferably with a large Pune developer or an established architecture firm
- Hands-on approvals experience with PMC, PCMC or PMRDA
- Robust working knowledge of UDCPR, DP plans, FSI and TDR
- Proficient in AutoCAD; SketchUp or Revit is a plus
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills with multiple consultants
