- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
- Analyze data to track progress against goals and make recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Job Requirements :
- 2-7 years of experience in program management or a related field.
- Solid understanding of project planning principles, including Gantt charts, PERT diagrams, and resource allocation.
- Proficiency in analyzing complex data sets to inform decision-making.
- Experience working in an IT services environment with multiple priorities.
