Job Description

HCLTech is looking for an experienced Senior MLOps Technical Lead to drive enterprise-scale Machine Learning Operations (MLOps), DevOps automation, and AI platform engineering initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess robust expertise in building and managing ML pipelines, automating infrastructure, implementing CI/CD workflows, and ensuring reliable model deployment and monitoring across cloud environments.

This role demands deep technical expertise in Python, ML Pipelines, and DevOps, along with hands-on experience in modern MLOps frameworks and cloud-native technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and optimize end-to-end Machine Learning pipelines using MLflow, Kubeflow Pipelines, TFX, and Metaflow.
- Automate model training, validation, deployment, and monitoring processes.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, and Ansible.
- Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI, and GitHub Actions.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize ML systems using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, and Fluentd.
- Collaborate with Data Science, Engineering, DevOps, and Business teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.
- Drive best practices for version control using Git, GitHub, GitLab, and Bitbucket.
- Conduct technical reviews, feasibility studies, and architecture assessments.




- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to engineering teams.
- Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of ML environments.

- Strong Python programming and automation experience.
- Experience with Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, and Ansible.
- Expertise in Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI, and GitHub Actions.
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, and Fluentd.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and deployment strategies.
- Hands-on experience with Git, GitHub, GitLab, and Bitbucket.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize large-scale ML environments.
- Experience in enterprise AI/ML and MLOps implementations.
