We are inviting applications from experienced, creative and commercially driven professionals for a leading multinational furniture retail brand.

Locations: Siliguri, West Bengal
Position: Modular Kitchen Designer
Compensation: Up to ₹10 LPA + Attractive Incentives
Experience: Minimum 5+ Years
Age Criteria: Maximum 35 Years
Employment: Full-Time

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

▪ Design customised modular kitchens, wardrobes and storage solutions using AutoCAD (2D & 3D).

▪ Prepare layouts, elevations, 3D presentations, BOQs, quotations and project estimates.

▪ Conduct customer-site visits, measurements, technical assessments and space planning.

▪ Lead customer consultations, design presentations, negotiations and successful sales closures.

▪ Develop dealer relationships, generate business opportunities and drive revenue growth.

▪ Coordinate with production, installation and service teams for seamless project execution.

▪ Take complete ownership of the customer journey — from design conceptualisation to successful order conversion and project handover.

REQUIRED EXPERTISE

▪ Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience specifically in Modular Kitchen & Wardrobe Design.

▪ Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D & 3D), SketchUp / KD Max / 3ds Max or equivalent software.





▪ Strong understanding of materials, finishes, hardware, space planning, BOQs and costing.

▪ Proven capabilities in customer engagement, dealer management, business development and sales conversion.

▪ Graduate/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Furniture Design or a related discipline.

▪ Good communication skills in English and Hindi.

▪ Willingness to undertake customer-site visits, dealer visits and local travel.
