The role involves managing leads, following up via phone, email, and in-person meetings, and converting inquiries into enrollments while maintaining accurate records in the CRM system. The counselor will collaborate with academic and marketing teams to support outreach activities, participate in events and seminars, and represent BIG Education Institute to students, parents, and institutional partners. The position requires meeting defined enrollment targets, providing high-quality counseling, and ensuring a qualified and supportive experience for every prospective learner.

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Interpersonal Communication skills to engage effectively with students, families, and partners.




• Candidates should possess Lead generation skills to provide responsive, empathetic, and solution-oriented support throughout the admissions journey.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills, including lead management, follow-up, and conversion, with the ability to work towards defined enrollment targets.
• Candidates should possess Education-related knowledge or experience, preferably in higher education, student counseling, or academic advising.
• Relevant skills such as proficiency with CRM tools, basic MS Office, and data entry accuracy are beneficial.
• A bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred; prior experience in admissions, counseling, or education sales is an advantage.
• The role requires a professional demeanor, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, including occasional evenings or weekends during peak admission periods.
