Job Summary
Manual QA Engineer responsible for functional, regression, integration, and production validation for a large-scale Salesforce Commerce Cloud e-commerce platform.

Responsibilities

- Perform functional, regression, smoke, integration, and exploratory testing.
- Test product discovery, cart, checkout, payments, promotions, subscriptions, and gift cards.
- Create and execute test cases based on requirements and user stories.
- Perform API testing using Postman.
- Perform cross-browser/device testing using Browser Stack.
- Track and troubleshoot defects.
- Support production releases and issue validation.
- Collaborate with developers and automation engineers.

Mandatory Skills

- 4 8 years QA/manual testing experience.
- Enterprise web application testing.
- Retail/e-commerce testing experience.




- SFCC or comparable commerce platform.
- End-to-end customer journey/order testing.
- API testing with Postman.
- Test Rail or comparable test management tool.
- Browser Stack.
- Solid defect management.
- Agile/Scrum.

These are additional requirements for the QA Lead above:

- Central Time business-hour coverage.
- Weekend rotational on-call availability if need
- Scheduled releases every other Tuesday, 10 PM 2 AM CST.
- Flexibility for occasional after-hours production support.
- Nearshore resources preferred, with Mexico preferred.
- Multi-year contract; initial SOW is one year.

Preferred: SFCC/SFRA, Business Manager, Playwright, Type Script, JMeter, loyalty, gift cards, subscriptions, and promotions.
