Continuous Improvement & Quality

Identify opportunities to streamline Patient Services workflows through automation, data

integration, and enhancements.

Contribute to the standardization and continuous improvement of business analysis

practices, templates, and documentation across Patient Services IT.

Support knowledge transfer to operations, support teams, and Test/Validation partners.

Required Skills & Experience

Core Business Analysis

Strong experience in business requirements elicitation, functional analysis, and

stakeholder facilitation

Proven ability to translate regulated business workflows into clear, testable system

requirements

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to operate across

business and technical audiences

Health Cloud & Delivery Model

Experience supporting platforms, preferably Salesforce and/or Health Cloud

Familiarity with Agile / Dev Ops delivery models, user stories,



and backlog management

Experience working with integration-heavy solutions and cross-system dependencies

Regulated IT & Patient Services (Preferred)

Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or regulated commercial environments

Understanding of compliance, auditability, data privacy, and validation expectations in

Patient Services solutions

Ability to produce transparent, traceable documentation suitable for regulated IT delivery

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field

(or equivalent experience).

3 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with experience supporting Health

Cloud or enterprise platforms.

Experience supporting Patient Services, Commercial Operations, or healthcare

workflows is strongly preferred.
