In this role, the specialist will identify and build relationships with potential partners, advertisers, and community organizations to drive sustainable growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting new business opportunities, managing outreach campaigns, preparing proposals, and maintaining a structured sales pipeline. The specialist will analyze platform performance, gather market insights, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to refine offerings and create mutually beneficial partnerships. This role also involves representing RashKit.
In in virtual meetings and events, ensuring that all external interactions align with the platform’s values of safety, neutrality, and open dialogue. Qualifications
• Demonstrated skills in business development, sales outreach, and partnership management, with the ability to build and nurture long-term relationships.




• Experience in market research, lead generation, and pipeline management to identify and prioritize high-potential opportunities.
• Solid communication, negotiation, and presentation skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders in a clear and professional manner.
• Comfort working with digital tools and platforms, including CRM systems, online collaboration tools, and social media or community-based channels.
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and meet growth and revenue targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience in online communities, content platforms, media, or workplace advocacy is an advantage.
