Role Description The Junior Accountant role at KATCH GO is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. This role involves assisting with daily accounting operations, including recording financial transactions, processing invoices, managing accounts payable and receivable, and supporting bank reconciliations. The Junior Accountant will help prepare basic financial reports, maintain accurate ledgers, and ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.



The role also includes coordinating with cross-functional teams for expense tracking, supporting audits, and maintaining organized financial documentation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working with numbers and software tools, and eager to learn and grow within a fast-evolving tech-driven environment. Qualifications
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, including bookkeeping, journal entries, and ledgers.
• Proficiency with accounting software and MS Excel, including spreadsheets, formulas, and data entry.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy in numerical work, and ability to maintain organized records.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a quick-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications are an advantage.
• Familiarity with GST, TDS, and other local regulatory requirements in India is preferred.
• Willingness to learn new tools, adapt to technology-driven processes, and contribute to continuous improvement.
