Helvino Technologies Limited is seeking a motivated, organised, and people-oriented Junior Human Resource Manager to oversee and support the company's human resource operations. The successful candidate will work closely with company management to coordinate recruitment, manage employee records, oversee onboarding, monitor staff attendance and performance, support payroll administration, and ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations. The ideal candidate must demonstrate leadership potential, professionalism, excellent communication skills, confidentiality, and the ability to manage people effectively in a growing technology company. Responsibilities Assist in managing the company's daily human resource operations. Coordinate recruitment, candidate screening, interviews, and selection. Manage employee onboarding, orientation, contracts,



and documentation. Maintain accurate employee records using the Helvino HRMS. Monitor staff attendance, leave applications, and workplace compliance. Coordinate payroll preparation and employee benefits administration. Monitor employee performance, productivity, and departmental targets. Supervise HR activities and support departmental managers. Organise staff meetings, training sessions, and development programmes. Handle employee concerns, workplace disputes, and disciplinary processes. Ensure employees comply with company policies and procedures. Prepare weekly and monthly HR reports for management. Coordinate employee welfare, engagement, and internal communication. Prepare HR letters, warnings, confirmations, and official documents. Maintain strict confidentiality of employee and company information. Support management in implementing HR strategies and organisational growth.
