Key Responsibilities
• Vendor negotiation, and PO placement
• Execute CTB activities for project-critical and long-lead items
• Perform demand planning based on project schedules, consumption trends, and site requirements




• Ensure timely procurement and tracking of materials to meet project timelines
• Monitor inventory levels, maintain optimum stock, and avoid shortages/excess
• Coordinate with sites, stores, logistics, and vendors for material planning and delivery
• Manage RMA (Return Material Authorization) including vendor returns, replacements, and claim follow-ups
• Maintain accurate records of procurement, inventory, and material movements
• Conduct stock audits and reconciliation of inventory variances
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive procurement efficiency Requirements
• Proven experience in procurement and materials control (EMS Industry)
• Robust knowledge of demand planning, CTB processes, and inventory management
• Experience in handling RMA, vendor claims, and material discrepancies
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel
• Good negotiation, coordination, and analytical skills Job Title
