About the Role
We’re looking for an AI Video Creator who combines strong editing fundamentals with hands-on experience in generative AI, prompting, and visual storytelling. You’ll create product explainers, launch videos, social content, and performance creatives for ShopOS and our partner brands. From developing the visual concept to delivering the final edit, you’ll own work that helps audiences understand products and connect with brands. Working closely with our Creative Director, design, product, and marketing teams, you’ll explore creative approaches and build AI-assisted workflows that help us produce quality content at scale. What You’ll Own
• Video creation: Turn raw footage, screen recordings, AI-generated assets, and mixed media into polished, engaging stories.
• AI workflows: Use generative AI for ideation, visual generation, animation, enhancement, and production.
• Prompting: Translate briefs into concepts, shots, references, and sequences with a consistent visual direction.
• Post-production: Add motion graphics, typography, transitions, effects, colour grading, and sound design.
• Platform adaptations: Create versions for Instagram Reels, YouTube, LinkedIn,



paid campaigns, and product showcases.
• Collaboration: Work with creative, product, and marketing teams, incorporating feedback and delivering iterations quickly.
• Experimentation: Explore emerging tools and storytelling formats while maintaining pacing, visual consistency, and brand quality. What We’re Looking For
• 1–4 years of experience in video editing or content creation at an agency, brand, or studio.
• A strong portfolio showing storytelling, composition, pacing, and attention to detail.
• Hands-on generative AI experience and robust prompting skills are mandatory. Tell us what you’ve created using tools like Runway, Kling, Veo, Midjourney, Freepik AI, Seedance, Sora, or similar platforms.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, with basic to intermediate motion graphics and animation skills.
• A valuable eye for typography and visual design, with a strong sense of music and sound.
• Ability to handle multiple projects, work through feedback, and deliver quality work on time.
• Ownership of your work and a willingness to keep learning.
• Experience with D2C/ecommerce brands, performance ads, product demos, or UI walkthroughs is a plus.
• Additional skills in 2D/3D animation, cinematography, scriptwriting, directing, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro are welcome.
