Role Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and driven Operations Intern – scheduling to support our team. In this role, you will be responsible for interacting with interviewers, candidates, ensuring the interviews happen on time, scheduling /rescheduling as and when necessary, ensuring the interview happens smoothly and ensuring a smooth interview experience for both parties.

Key responsibilities
• Perform daily and weekly reporting activities.
• Scheduling & Rescheduling of interviews on the platform smoothly.




• Facilitate smooth onboarding of participants/candidates to the coding platform, resolving any issues promptly.
• Following up on various levels with clients & candidates through calling.
• Handle support calls efficiently and provide swift resolutions to ensure a seamless interview experience.
• Keeping an eye on the live dashboard. Skills &
