Job Title: Senior Full Stack Engineer – Front-End Focused (7+ Years Experience) Job Summary:Experience Level: 7 to 10+ Years Primary Stack: Next.js, React, TypeScript, Headless CMS Architecture Position Overview We are seeking a highly accomplished Principal Frontend Engineer with 7 to 10+ years of expertise to lead the technical architecture, design, and execution of high-performance enterprise web applications. The ideal candidate will possess deep production-grade mastery of Next.js (App Router) and modern Headless CMS integration patterns (such as Sitecore XM Cloud / Content SDK workflows). In this role, you will define component architectures, implement scalable rendering strategies (SSR, SSG, ISR), optimize Core Web Vitals, and guide engineering teams toward building accessible, enterprise-ready web solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Frontend Architecture: Design and build scalable, secure, and resilient enterprise frontend architectures using Next.js, React, and TypeScript. Headless Integration: Lead component-based page composition, layout-driven rendering, content modeling, and GraphQL/REST API integrations with up-to-date Headless CMS platforms. Design Systems & UI: Architect reusable component libraries and design systems leveraging Tailwind CSS, Shadcn/ui, Radix UI, CSS Variables, and accessibility standards (WCAG). Performance & Optimization: Drive Core Web Vitals optimization, bundle size reduction, image/asset optimization, caching strategies, and performance profiling.



Technical Leadership: Conduct rigorous code reviews, establish best practices, mentor junior/mid-level engineers, and drive developer experience across projects. Required Skills & Qualifications 1. Core Frontend & Framework Expertise
· 7 to 10+ years of total software engineering experience.
· 5+ years of hands-on production experience with React.
· 3+ years of production experience with Next.js (App Router, Server/Client Components, Server Actions, Route Handlers, Middleware). 2. Rendering & Content Delivery
· Deep expertise in SSR, SSG, ISR, Dynamic Rendering, Revalidation, and Caching Strategies.
· Strong hands-on experience with GraphQL APIs, Content Delivery APIs, and enterprise Headless CMS integrations. 3. UI, Accessibility & Design Systems
· Advanced experience with Tailwind CSS, Responsive Web Design, and WCAG Accessibility Standards.
· Proven experience building design systems using Shadcn/ui, Radix UI, Design Tokens, and dynamic Theming. 4. Headless CMS Concepts (Sitecore Alignment)
· Strong understanding of Headless CMS patterns: layout-driven rendering, placeholders/content regions, content previews, personalization, and multi-site/multi-language architectures.
· Note: Prior experience with Sitecore XM Cloud / Content SDK is a plus, but not required if you possess strong Next.js concepts aligned with Headless CMS platforms.
