Role Description The General Manager – CNC Tools Division is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot, responsible for overseeing the overall operations, sales, and profitability of the CNC tools division. Day-to-day tasks include managing divisional strategy, supervising sales and operations teams, monitoring inventory and supply chain efficiency, and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely delivery and technical support. The role involves coordinating with suppliers and key clients, setting performance targets, and reviewing financial and operational metrics to drive growth. The General Manager will also implement process improvements, enforce safety and quality standards,



and support talent development within the division. This position requires close collaboration with senior leadership to align divisional objectives with company goals. Qualifications
• Experience in managing operations or business units within CNC tools, machinery, or manufacturing environments, with robust knowledge of CNC tooling and related equipment.
• Proficiency in sales management, customer relationship management, and market development for industrial products or engineering solutions.
• Skills in inventory control, procurement, and supply chain coordination to ensure product availability and efficient logistics.
• Ability to analyze financial and operational data, prepare reports, and make data-driven decisions to improve division performance.
• Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring capabilities, with effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications are an advantage.
• Comfort working on-site in an industrial setting, with a focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Prior experience in the Rajkot industrial ecosystem or similar manufacturing hubs is preferred but not mandatory.
