Role Description The Human Resources Manager at AbPaisa.com will oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. This full-time role is on-site in Agra and requires close collaboration with department leaders to identify staffing needs, design job roles, and support workforce planning. The HR Manager will develop and implement HR policies, ensure compliance with employment laws, manage payroll and benefits coordination, and maintain accurate HR records. Daily responsibilities include resolving employee queries,



organizing training and development initiatives, supporting a positive and inclusive workplace culture, and contributing to organizational growth and retention strategies. Qualifications
• Strong skills in talent acquisition and recruitment, including job profiling, interviewing, and candidate evaluation.
• Experience in performance management, employee engagement, and handling employee relations and conflict resolution.
• Knowledge of HR policies, labor law compliance, payroll processes, and benefits administration.
• Ability to design and deliver training programs, support career development, and drive change management initiatives.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in HRIS or HR-related software and solid general computer skills (MS Office, online collaboration tools).
