Role Description The Senior Business Analyst is a full-time, remote role responsible for translating complex business needs into clear requirements that support IFI’s content, operations, and digital experience. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing existing business processes, identifying gaps and opportunities, and proposing data-driven improvements across production workflows, participant journeys, and audience engagement. The role involves gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders, defining use cases, and collaborating with product, technology, marketing, and operations teams to design and implement solutions. The Senior Business Analyst will develop and maintain process maps, performance metrics, and dashboards to monitor show and platform performance, and will support strategic decision-making through detailed reports and insights. This role requires regular communication with cross-functional partners,



participation in planning meetings, and proactive ownership of analytical initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and viewer experience. Qualifications
• Strong foundation in Business Analysis and Business Requirements gathering, with experience translating stakeholder needs into clear, actionable documentation.
• Advanced Analytical Skills, including data interpretation, problem-solving, and the ability to generate insights that inform business and product decisions.
• Experience in Business Process design, mapping, and optimization, with the ability to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
• Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to present complex concepts in a explicit, concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are an advantage.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst, preferably in media, entertainment, fintech, or digital platforms involving consumer engagement.
• Comfort working in a remote, fast-paced, collaborative environment with distributed teams and changing priorities.
• Familiarity with data and analytics tools (e.g., Excel, BI platforms), and an understanding of KPIs related to audience engagement and digital product performance.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
