Companies across Switzerland, Germany and Austria use Custodos to roll out AI to their entire team. Our product is live, and we’re building rapid. The role You’ll build the platform that brings AI safely into companies. You own features end-to-end, from idea to production, and ship things customers use the next day. What you’ll do
• Build and ship core platform features: chat, company knowledge, assistants and workflows.




• Integrate new AI models and providers as soon as they’re released.
• Build integrations with tools like SharePoint, Google Drive and Slack.
• Help shape our upcoming API and mobile app.
• Make security and data protection part of every feature. You’re a fit if
• You have solid experience with TypeScript or Python.
• You’ve built and shipped products, not just features.
• You care about security, reliability and clean architecture.
• You use AI tools in your daily work.
• You speak good English. German is a plus. You’re probably not a fit if
• you need detailed tickets before you get started.
• you prefer polishing code to shipping it. •
