Role Description The Inside Sales Associate is a full-time remote role responsible for driving revenue growth and supporting client acquisition efforts. On a day-to-day basis, this role involves conducting outbound and inbound calls, qualifying leads, and presenting appropriate service offerings to prospective clients. The Inside Sales Associate will manage and nurture a pipeline of opportunities, follow up on inquiries, and maintain accurate records in CRM and sales tracking tools. This role also includes collaborating with account managers and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding,



contributing to sales reports, and supporting ongoing client relationships to promote satisfaction and retention. Qualifications
• Strong Inside Sales skills, including experience with outbound calling and opportunity management.
• Proven ability in Lead Generation and prospect qualification using multiple channels.
• Demonstrated focus on Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction in a client-facing workplace.
• Experience with Account Management, including relationship building and basic upselling or cross-selling.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confident presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Comfort working remotely, with strong time management, organization, and self-motivation.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales productivity tools; proficiency in MS Office or similar applications.
• Previous experience in B2B services, outsourcing, or consulting environments is an advantage.
• Relevant education in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent practical experience.
