About the role
We are hiring Junior Advocates / Legal Associates (0-3 years, fresh Bar Council enrolments welcome) to handle the legal work behind our recovery operations. You will see real case volume from day one and learn by doing. What you will do
• Draft and send legal notices
• Handle Section 138 NI Act (cheque bounce) matters from notice to filing
• Prepare arbitration and recovery proceedings, including SARFAESI matters
• Coordinate with our operations team and lender clients on live cases
• Appear before courts and tribunals,
with guidance from senior counsel Who we are looking for
• LLB / LLM, enrolled or about to enrol with the Bar Council
• Strong drafting and clear written English
• Comfortable with high-volume, deadline-driven work
• Hindi or Kannada is a plus What you get
