Work directly with the Founder & CEO across product, customers, research and operations. Take on real responsibility from your first week and see every piece of work through to a verified result.

ABOUT SVECTOR

SVECTOR builds intelligence infrastructure and enterprise AI systems for institutions across multiple industries. Our work spans enterprise AI, healthcare, industrial intelligence, talent intelligence and financial intelligence. Engineering, product, research, customers and business execution sit close together, and this role sits in the middle of all of it.

READ THIS FIRST

This is a deliberately broad role. In a given month you may test a product, run a customer pilot, research a market, write a requirements document and support a hiring process. What you work on changes with company priorities, and the people who thrive here enjoy that.

If you want one specialised function, such as pure product management, pure sales, pure data science or pure engineering, this is not the right role. Please do not apply.

This is an early-career role, for recent graduates and professionals with up to 3 years of experience. It is not a senior or leadership position. If you have managed teams or hold a manager-level title, it is not the right fit.

We hire for a high bar. We would rather leave this role open than fill it with someone who is only adequate.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Product and customer work

- Use our products, understand how customers actually work and test whether the agreed workflow works in practice
- Join customer discovery, demonstrations and pilots, and follow each through to an agreed result




- Turn customer feedback into transparent requirements with acceptance criteria for Product and Engineering
- Explain APIs, data flows and technical constraints in plain business terms

Research and analysis

- Investigate unfamiliar companies, markets, competitors and technologies from original sources
- Separate verified facts, estimates, assumptions and your own interpretation
- Brief the Founder & CEO on what you found, what it means and what to do next

Execution and follow-through
- Carry assigned initiatives from an agreed objective to a verified result
- Find out why work is stuck, get the missing inputs and try a practical fix before escalating
- Keep a clear record of tasks, owners, deadlines and open issues
- Raise risks early, with the facts and a recommendation

Communication and company operations

- Prepare briefs, customer follow-ups, internal notes and meeting records that need little rewriting
- Support selected hiring work: candidate research, interview preparation and onboarding
- Handle company, customer and personnel information with strict discretion

Pricing, contracts, offers and company commitments need approval from the Founder & CEO. You will always know where that line is.

WHAT A TYPICAL MONTH CAN LOOK LIKE

- Test a product workflow, reproduce an issue and write it up so Engineering can act on it
- Build a profile of a prospective customer ahead of an important meeting
- Coordinate a customer pilot: inputs, participants, setup, follow-up and handover
- Research a technology or competitor and brief the Founder & CEO
- Help evaluate candidates for another role

WHO YOU ARE

- A recent graduate, or someone with up to 4 years of experience. Internships, startups, research and serious projects all count
- A bachelor's degree. Computer Science, IT, engineering, AI or data backgrounds are preferred, but other degrees are welcome if you can show technical understanding
- Clear in written and spoken English
- A fast,



careful thinker who learns unfamiliar subjects quickly and checks the facts
- Comfortable with technology: you understand, or are keen to quickly learn, how software, APIs and data flow between systems
- Someone who has finished something difficult, such as a project, internship, venture or piece of research, and can explain exactly what you did
- A regular, responsible user of AI tools who checks the output and can explain the work without the tool
- Dependable, honest about problems and mistakes, and committed to seeing work through

You do not need to match every point. We care about evidence of ability and drive more than any particular title, college or tool.

YOUR FIRST 90 DAYS

Days 1 to 30: Learn the products and workflows, join customer and team discussions, and complete a first assignment.

Days 31 to 60: Own a defined objective such as a pilot, implementation task or research project.

Days 61 to 90: Carry an initiative to a verified result and complete the handover.

You will have direct access to the Founder & CEO, real work from the start and fast growth in responsibility as you prove yourself.

- A senior or leadership position
- A remote or hybrid role

WORKING ARRANGEMENT

Full-time and on-site in Ahmedabad, Monday to Saturday. Important customer, product or company matters may occasionally need a response outside normal hours.
