Must-Have Skills

- Strong Quality Engineering (QE) background with automation-focused career.
- Hands-on experience in Playwright, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Robust expertise in UI Test Automation, End-to-End Testing, and REST API Testing.
- Experience testing Microservices-based applications and Backend systems.
- Automation framework development and maintenance experience.
- Exposure to GenAI / AI-assisted testing, AI-powered test case generation, or AI-enabled QE tools.




- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and Jira.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and coordination skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

- AI/GenAI testing tools, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Azure OpenAI, or similar platforms.
- Performance testing and security testing exposure.
- Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes.
- BDD frameworks (Cucumber/Playwright BDD).
- Leadership experience mentoring QE teams and driving quality initiatives.
