Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing digital experiences across web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in [strong style="box-sizing: inherit; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;"]Figma and [strong style="box-sizing: inherit; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;"]Adobe XD, with the ability to translate business requirements into user-centric designs, wireframes, prototypes, and polished user interfaces. This role requires close collaboration with product managers, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams.
- Create wireframes, user flows, journey maps, storyboards, and interactive prototypes.
- Design responsive web and mobile application interfaces.
- Develop high-fidelity UI mock-ups and clickable prototypes using [strong style="box-sizing: inherit; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;"]Figma and [strong style="box-sizing: inherit; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;"]Adobe XD.
- Create and maintain reusable design systems,



components, and style guides.
- Conduct usability testing and incorporate user feedback into design iterations.
- Ensure a consistent user experience across products and platforms.
- Collaborate with developers during implementation to ensure design accuracy.
- Stay updated with industry trends, accessibility standards, and UX best practices.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience in UI/UX design for enterprise, digital banking, fintech, or large-scale web applications.
- Solid portfolio showcasing end-to-end design projects.
- Expertise in [strong style="box-sizing: inherit; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;"]Figma and [strong style="box-sizing: inherit; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;"]Adobe XD.
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles.
- Knowledge of usability, accessibility, and design thinking methodologies.

Preferred Skills
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Interaction design and micro-animations.
- HTML, CSS, and frontend development understanding.
- Experience with enterprise design systems.
- Experience in banking, financial services, or digital transformation programmes.
