Job Description:

- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.

- Corporate Hiring: Handle recruitment for corporate functions such as marketing, sales, HR, operations, finance, and other business teams, as required.

- Beauty Hiring: Support recruitment for beauty-related roles, including beauty advisors, beauty consultants, makeup artists, and other relevant positions.

- Candidate Sourcing: Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.

- Screening & Shortlisting: Conduct initial candidate screening to assess relevant experience, skills, salary expectations, notice periods, and suitability for the role.





- Interview Coordination: Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, follow up on feedback, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.

- Stakeholder Management: Work closely with hiring managers and internal teams to understand hiring requirements and fulfil recruitment targets.

- Offer Management: Follow up with selected candidates regarding offers, documentation, joining dates, and pre-joining formalities.

- Recruitment Tracking: Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and regular hiring reports to monitor progress and closures.
