Project Role Description : Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.

Summary:
Independently deliver Integration Suite engineering, assessment and remediation activities and escalate risks with traceable evidence.

Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Develop and review iFlows, message mappings, value mappings, Groovy scripts, XSLT, routing, exception handling and reusable processes.
2. Configure REST, SOAP, OData, IDoc, RFC, SFTP, HTTP and JMS adapters plus destinations and Cloud Connector connectivity.
3. Implement secure authentication, certificates, credentials, OAuth, mTLS and approved logging without exposing sensitive data.
4. Execute unit and integration tests, payload validation, negative tests, performance checks and deployment verification.
5. Monitor message-processing logs, troubleshoot failures, perform root-cause analysis and support controlled reprocessing.
6. Maintain technical designs, RAG ratings, defects, risks, dependencies, evidence and release or cutover tasks.

Professional & Technical Skills:

2. Apply human validation, confidentiality, security, bias awareness, traceability and compliance with client and organisational policies to all AI-assisted outputs.

Leadership and Stakeholder Competencies:
1. Communicate evidence-based integration findings clearly and collaborate across business, functional, architecture, security, application, testing, operations, SI and third-party teams.
2. Coach team members, own outcomes appropriate to the level, and escalate material delivery or production risks with evidence and recommended actions.

Desirable Experience:
1. Relevant SAP certification or training in SAP Integration Suite, Integration Developer, BTP administration, API management, event-driven architecture or related technologies.
2. Exposure to Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, HR, procurement or customer-process integrations and regulated or audit-sensitive environments.

Additional Information:
1. Typically 7-10 years of relevant SAP, middleware, integration or enterprise application delivery experience.
