Lead - Delivery (Prior Authorization) | US Healthcare RCM

Location: Chennai

Shift: Night Shift

We are hiring a Lead - Delivery with strong experience in Provider-side Prior Authorization within the US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) domain.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team handling Prior Authorization operations for US healthcare providers.
- Ensure timely submission, follow-up, and approval of authorization requests.
- Monitor productivity, quality, TAT, and SLA adherence.
- Handle escalations, denial prevention, and payer communication.
- Coach and mentor team members while driving operational excellence.
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in US Healthcare RCM.
- 2+ years of Prior Authorization experience (Provider Side).
- Team Lead/People Management experience preferred.
- Robust understanding of Commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid payer guidelines.
- Experience with EMRs/EHRs such as Epic, Cerner, Athenahealth, eCW, etc.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.

Prior experience managing healthcare operations teams and driving process improvements will be an added advantage.
