We are looking for a “Trainee - HR '' who will be mainly supporting the Talent Acquisition Team. An ideal opportunity for a Fresher who wants to be on an accelerated career path.

Location: Remote

What You Will Do:

A. Candidate Sourcing & Screening

- Source potential candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and other databases.





- Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on eligibility criteria.

- Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates’ interest and basic fit.

- Administer and evaluate pre-employment tests.

B. Campus Hiring & Talent Pipeline

- Identify and engage with colleges for fresher recruitment.

- Coordinate virtual campus drives, including scheduling interviews and follow-up actions.

- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of fresh talent for future hiring requirements.

C. Recruitment Operations & Coordination

- Maintain and update candidate databases, recruitment platforms, and hiring trackers.

- Assist with scheduling interviews and coordinating logistics with hiring managers.

- Provide support for other operational tasks as needed.

Internship & Traineeship Details:

Traineeship Program: 6 months: INR 20,000/- per month working 42.5 hours/week.
