Skill Requirement:

Minimum 1-5 years of experience in field sales; mandatory experience in lending products, open market sourcing, and small ticket-size business loans.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive business loan sales by identifying and acquiring potential customers, building relationships, and achieving sales targets through field visits.

- To ensure disbursement targets are met with minimum delinquency

- Assess the potential client base and product acceptability in new regions, areas & opportunities for geographical expansion of operational areas.

- Disbursement, repayment, and delinquency management, achieving daily/weekly targets

- Undertake regular field visits, Centre Meetings, and review loan applications.

- Build robust client relationships both internally and externally and establish strong brand identification with potential customers.





- Ensure weekly/daily meetings & visits to the centre

- A basic understanding of the business loan model working would be preferred.

- A valid Driving License (DL) and a personal two-wheeler are mandatory requirements for this role.
