Position: Pre-Primary Coordinator
Location: Subhasgram, Kolkata
Salary: ₹20,000–₹24,000 per month
Experience: Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
Qualification: NTT / Pre-Primary Teacher Training or B. Ed.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate daily activities and curriculum for pre-primary classes.
* Supervise and guide pre-primary teachers.
* Ensure effective teaching methods and child-friendly learning.
* Monitor students’ progress and maintain academic records.
* Coordinate with parents and school management.
* Organize activities and ensure a safe, engaging learning environment.
Requirements:
* Minimum 4 years of relevant pre-primary experience.
* Robust communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
* Good knowledge of early childhood education and classroom management.
