ABOUT THE ROLE

Neural Sourcing is sharing an open contract role from micro1, an AI training data company. You'll help train the next generation of AI systems by testing AI outputs, labeling data and evaluating model predictions. Your quality assurance skills are what matter, and no prior AI experience is required.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Design, run and document test cases and scenarios to check AI outputs against defined requirements
- Review, annotate and label data sets to improve model training accuracy
- Evaluate and report on model predictions, flagging inconsistencies, errors and patterns
- Work with cross-functional teams to share findings, raise questions and clarify requirements
- Help develop and refine testing methods for AI-driven systems
- Keep clear, organized written records of evaluations, test results and feedback
- Recommend ways to improve data quality and model performance





WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Hands-on experience in software quality assurance, including test planning, test case design, test execution and defect reporting
- Robust documentation and written communication skills
- English at B2 level or above
- Comfortable working with a remote, cross-functional team

Nice to have:

- Experience with data labeling, annotation, RLHF or AI model evaluation
