We are seeking a dedicated and results-oriented 1st Party Collection Executive to join our Customer Service team. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for managing payment recovery processes, ensuring the timely resolution of outstanding accounts while maintaining positive client relationships. Responsibilities

- Execute strategic negotiation and persuasion techniques to secure timely payments from clients.

- Coordinate comprehensive customer interaction and follow-up schedules to ensure consistent engagement with debtors.

- Manage the end-to-end payment collection coordination process, from initial contact to final settlement verification.
