Role Description The Articled Assistant will support audit, assurance, taxation,



and compliance engagements under the guidance of senior professionals in a full time, on-site role based in Chennai. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in statutory, tax, internal, and GST audits; preparing working papers; documenting findings; and ensuring adherence to applicable standards and regulations. The role involves supporting direct tax and GST assignments, including data compilation, return preparation, and basic review of tax positions and notices. The Articled Assistant will help with company law and secretarial compliance tasks such as drafting documents, organizing filings, and maintaining records. The position also includes exposure to business valuation, virtual CFO activities, and management consultancy projects through research, financial analysis, and preparation of reports and presentations.
