About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. You will be responsible for identifying potential customers, initiating conversations with decision-makers, generating qualified leads, and scheduling sales meetings.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and research potential B2B customers across relevant industries.
• Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and other prospecting channels.
• Connect with decision-makers, including CTOs, CIOs, IT Managers, and CISOs.
• Understand customer requirements and identify potential cybersecurity opportunities.
• Qualify prospects and schedule meetings.
• Follow up with prospects consistently to nurture sales opportunities.




• Maintain accurate prospect information, activity records, and sales pipelines in the CRM.
• Work towards monthly targets for qualified leads, meetings, and pipeline generation.
• Collaborate with the sales team to improve outreach strategies and conversion rates. Requirements
• 1–2 years of experience in inside sales, lead generationor B2B business development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confidence in speaking with business professionals and decision-makers.
• Solid interpersonal skills, persistence, and a willingness to learn. Compensation and Benefits
