Role Overview

We are looking for confident, well-spoken Customer Care Executives for our night shift voice process. You will be the first point of contact for customers, resolving queries and delivering a professional service experience.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a polite, clear and professional manner.

Understand customer queries and provide accurate information and resolutions.

Maintain call quality, process knowledge and adherence to company guidelines.

Record call details and update customer information accurately in the system.

Meet daily and weekly quality and productivity targets.

Eligibility and Skills

Minimum qualification:



12th pass. Graduates and undergraduates are welcome.

Prior experience in BPO or customer support is an advantage. Freshers can apply.

Good communication skills: clear and confident spoken English and Hindi.

Good customer handling: patience, politeness and the ability to resolve queries professionally.

Active listening: understanding the customer’s concern fully before responding.

Basic computer knowledge and willingness to work night shifts.

Compensation and Benefits

In-hand salary of ₹25,000 to ₹40,000 per month.

Weekly incentive of up to ₹2,500 and monthly incentive of up to ₹10,000.

Both-side AC cab facility.
