We are a 25 years old Investment Management Company based in Chennai. We are looking for a dedicated Accounts Cum Admin Executive to join our team in Chennai. This role is suitable for recent graduates and individuals with up to three years of experience. The ideal candidate will support both accounting and administrative functions in a full-time office setting.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounting Support: Assist in managing day-to-day financial transactions, including bookkeeping, invoicing, and reconciling accounts to ensure accurate financial records.

2. Administrative Tasks: Handle general administrative duties such as coordinating office supplies, maintaining files, and managing correspondence to ensure smooth office operations.

3. Reports Generation: Generate Reports and mail it to the clients periodically and attend to their queries

4. Collaboration: Work closely with other team members,



ensuring seamless communication and collaboration between departments to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.

Required Skills and Expectations:

The candidate should possess a graduate degree and demonstrate strong organizational skills paired with attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential. Good communication skills, both verbal and written, are crucial for effective interaction with clients and colleagues .
