Salary: ₹12,000–₹22,000 per month (based on experience) + Performance-Based Incentives

Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Tele Sales Executive to connect with potential customers, generate sales opportunities, explain our products, and convert leads into successful sales. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Explain the company's products, features, perks, and pricing to customers.
Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert inquiries into sales.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers to close sales.
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales follow-ups.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing.
Handle customer queries professionally and build long-term customer relationships.




Provide regular updates on sales performance and lead status to the reporting manager.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Good verbal communication and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel or CRM tools.
Ability to handle customer objections and negotiate effectively.
Target-oriented, self-motivated, and confident personality.
Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer handling will be an advantage.
