Job Summary

We are looking for a Site Engineer / Project Engineer with hands-on experience in executing sports infrastructure projects - PP interlocking tile courts, synthetic acrylic courts, artificial turf, EPDM and running tracks, playfields and allied civil works. The ideal candidate has robust site execution skills, contractor coordination experience and sound knowledge of sports surface installation and ground preparation.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day site execution of sports court and play area projects (pickleball, basketball, badminton, lawn tennis, volleyball, box cricket, children's play areas).
Execute installation of PlayTile PP interlocking tiles, synthetic acrylic surfaces, artificial turf, EPDM flooring and synthetic running tracks.
Monitor sub-base preparation, levelling, slope, drainage, PCC/concrete and asphalt base work before the sports surface is laid.
Interpret drawings, layouts, BOQs and technical specifications,



including court dimensions and line marking as per sport standards.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, our factory and design teams, and clients (schools, clubs, resorts, housing societies) for smooth execution.
Track project schedules and ensure completion on time and within budget.
Carry out quality inspections of materials and workmanship; resolve in office technical issues.
Do site measurements, quantity estimation, billing verification and BOQ reconciliation.
Ensure safety compliance at site; prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports.
Coordinate material planning and dispatch with procurement and factory teams.

Desired Candidate
Experience in sports flooring / court construction preferred; ability to travel to project sites.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
