We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Dispatch & Loading supervisor to manage daily dispatch activities, material loading and unloading, packing, stock arrangement, and dispatch manpower coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and assist in loading and unloading materials onto trucks and production machines.
Monitor loading activities to ensure the correct quantity and type of materials are dispatched.
Pack finished products properly and prepare them for shipment.
Arrange, shift, and organize stock and materials in the designated areas.
Maintain accurate daily dispatch records and update dispatch details on time.
Allocate and manage dispatch manpower according to daily order requirements.
Coordinate with production, stores, and other departments for timely dispatch.
Ensure dispatch activities are completed as per order schedules.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in the working area.
Follow company procedures for material handling and workplace safety.

Experience

1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.

Education

10th Pass / 12th Pass preferred. Relevant experience may also be considered.

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
