Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM)
Location: HiLITE Business Park, Kozhikode, Kerala
Experience: 2–3 years in business development or sales, preferably in architecture, interior design, construction, or real estate.
Key responsibilities
Generate current business leads for architectural and interior design projects.
Build relationships with builders, developers, homeowners, and corporate clients.
Arrange client meetings and understand project requirements.
Present the studio’s services and prepare proposals and quotations.
Negotiate fees and convert leads into confirmed projects.
Follow up with prospective clients and maintain a sales pipeline.
Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
Coordinate with the design team to ensure smooth client communication.
Required skills
2–3 years of relevant sales or business development experience.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Solid client relationship management and lead-generation abilities.
Knowledge of architecture, interiors, or construction is preferred.
Ability to work towards sales targets.
