We are looking for a sales-driven Immigration Sales Manager with robust team leadership, CRM knowledge, and hands-on experience in immigration services.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and motivate a team of 10+ sales professionals.
Drive B2B and B2C sales, revenue, and conversion targets.
Possess strong knowledge of Work Permits and Permanent Residency (PR) processes.
Monitor team performance, sales pipelines, and CRM activities.
Handle customer escalations and support the operations team.
Improve lead conversion, follow-ups, and overall sales performance.
Coordinate with operations to ensure a smooth client journey.
Mandatory Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of relevant sales and immigration experience.
Proven experience managing a team of 10+ employees.
Robust knowledge of Work Permits and PR.
Good CRM knowledge and escalation-handling skills.
Strong leadership, communication, and target-achievement abilities.
