Affiliate Manager

Experience: 3+ Years
Location: Panchkula
Industry: Travel / OTA / Travel-Tech preferred

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow affiliate partnerships to drive bookings and revenue.
Recruit, onboard, and develop recent publishers/affiliates.
Manage affiliate networks such as CJ, Awin, Impact, or similar platforms.
Negotiate commissions, promotions, placements, and partnership terms.
Monitor affiliate performance, conversions, revenue, ROI, and other key metrics.
Identify prospects to increase bookings and revenue from existing publishers.
Ensure affiliate traffic quality, tracking, and compliance.
Prepare regular performance reports and coordinate with internal teams.

Requirements:
3+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, Performance Marketing, Partnerships, or Publisher Management.
Hands-on experience with affiliate networks.
Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and business development skills.
Valuable knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and affiliate performance metrics.
Travel, OTA, hotel, flight, or car-rental experience will be an advantage.
Comfortable working with revenue and booking targets.
