Role Description The Resort Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at Green County Resort in Hosur. This role oversees day-to-day operations, including guest services, housekeeping, food and beverage coordination, and property upkeep to ensure a high-quality experience. The Resort Manager monitors occupancy levels, manages budgets, and implements revenue strategies while maintaining cost control. Responsibilities include leading and training staff, handling hiring needs, setting performance expectations, and addressing guest feedback to improve satisfaction. The role also involves coordinating with vendors, ensuring safety and compliance standards,



and maintaining explicit communication with ownership and senior leadership.
Qualifications
Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with the ability to handle guest concerns and maintain service standards.
Experience in Property Management, including oversight of facilities, maintenance coordination, and overall resort presentation.
Proficiency in Budgeting and basic financial management, including forecasting, cost control, and reporting.
Skills in Hiring and team leadership, including interviewing, onboarding, training, and performance management.
Prior experience in hospitality or resort/hotel operations management is highly beneficial.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
Solid organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and service quality.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by resort operations.
Relevant diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
