Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator with hands-on experience in documentation, online portal operations, and registration office-related work. The candidate should have valuable Tamil and English typing skills, robust documentation knowledge, and the ability to handle official records and data accurately.

Key Responsibilities
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records and documentation.
Handle online portal operations, form submissions, and data uploads.
Prepare, verify, and organize official documents for registration-related processes.
Manage document scanning, printing, filing, and record maintenance.
Handle registration office-related documentation and procedures.
Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data entered into systems and portals.
Coordinate with relevant departments and officials for documentation and registration requirements.
Maintain confidentiality of documents and sensitive information.
Complete assigned tasks within the required timelines.





Required Skills and Qualifications
Previous work experience in a Registration Office is mandatory.
Practical experience in documentation and online portal work.
Good Tamil and English typing skills.
Basic computer knowledge, including MS Word, Excel, email, and internet browsing.
Familiarity with online applications, document uploads, and registration procedures.
Good attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Eligibility Criteria
Age: 35–45 years.
Experience: Relevant experience in a Registration Office, documentation, and portal operations.
Language Proficiency: Tamil and English typing is required.
Computer Skills: Basic computer operation and online data entry skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
